Veggie & Salmon Nourish Bowl

a delicious and nutritious lunch!

What you need

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of sweet potato fries
  • 1 pack of red cabbage and beetroot
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • handful of spring onion
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Recipe method

1. Place sweet potato fries in the air-fryer for 20 minutes.

2. Cut salmon in bite sized pieces.

3. Mix together soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper and seasame seeds

4. Stir the salmon into the mixture and after 5 minutes, place in the air-fryer and cook for 20 minutes.

5. Prepare veg by chopping cucumber and avocado.

6. Plate everything up and sprinkle with extra seasame seeds!

Make it a meal.
