Rosti Breakfast Stack

A delicious breakfast treat!

What you need

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Potato Rostis
  • Smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe method

1. Place potato rostis in the airfryer for 12 minutes, or cook in oven for 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

2. Prepare the toppings by slicing the red onion, cutting the lemon and dill.

3. Mix the creme fraiche with a little lemon juice and black pepper for flavour.

4. Plate up the rostis all the toppings and squeeze some more lemon on top. Enjoy!
