Mini Loaded Hasselback Chilli Baby Bakes

What you need

Ingredients

  • Mash Direct Chilli Baby Bakes
  • Sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Shredded cheese
  • Spring onions, chopped

Recipe method

-Remove outer sleeve and film lid of the Mash Direct Chilli Baby Bakes. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / 375°F/ Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 minutes.
-Using a sharp knife, make cuts across each potato about 2/3 of the way through
-Top with sour cream, bacon, shredded cheese & spring onions
-Serve immediately and enjoy!
