1. Firstly, make your roux by melting the butter in a pan and stirring in the flour and gradually pouring the milk in. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves, garlic granules and the chicken stock. Stir until combined.
2. Microwave the broccoli with cheese sauce and stir into the roux.
3. Place chicken into a baking tray and and pour over the sauce.
4. Cover with breadcrumbs and a little parmesan.
5. Place in the oven at around 180 degrees for 25 minutes, place champ in the oven at the same time.
