The Institute of Directors (IoD) Director of the Year Awards celebrate Directors at the forefront of leadership excellence.
Last year Tracy won the Small Medium Enterprise category at the IoD NI Director of the Year Awards, which were sponsored by Abbey Bond Lovis. She was one of nine business leaders honoured from across Northern Ireland for their leadership and corporate governance skills.
This year the IoD have once again recognised Tracy, shortlisting her for the UK Mid-Market Company Director of the Year Award which is being sponsored by GE Capital. GE shortlisted Tracy on the basis that they are looking for an individual who demonstrates deep industry expertise, is respected by their peers and has the imagination and courage to be a true growth champion for the business and market segment in which they operate.
Tracy and her husband Martin set up Mash Direct just ten years ago as a means of adding value to the vegetables they were growing and it has gone from strength to strength ever since. Mash Direct is now the market leader in the vegetable accompaniment sector and a national household Brand name.
