The Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards are held in high esteem in the world of food and drink, where a diverse panel of over 500 experts, including chefs, buyers, food writers, and retailers, test products to provide honest, straightforward, and impartial feedback. The Great Taste stars are highly respected seals of approval that food lovers and retailers actively seek.
One judge said the Onion Rings were "inviting and rustic with a lovely crisp golden batter and deliciously sweet and savoury onions. For such a humble product, these were very well executed."
The Beer Battered Chips were equally praised as "fabulous, chunky and crisp chips with a rustic homemade appearance. The potato flavour is excellent with a crispy outer and fluffy within."
The recent awards for our Beer Battered Onion Rings and Beer Battered Chips bring our total to an impressive 31 Great Taste Awards since 2007 for our Farm Fresh products, and we are delighted to be consistently listed among the premier Northern Irish food producers at the Great Taste Awards.
