Blas na hÉireann, The Irish Food Awards, is the largest blind tasting of produce in Ireland, and being named a finalist is a tremendous honour. The awards are judged on stringent criteria, with a system developed in collaboration with the Food Science Department of University College Cork (UCC). This judging process is now recognized as an international industry standard, making the Blas na hÉireann awards a true benchmark of excellence.
