Peri Peri Halloumi Loaded Fries

Spice up your Friday night with this fakeaway!

What you need

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Mash Direct Peri Peri Fries
  • 200g of halloumi
  • Spring onions
  • Handful parsley
  • Red chilii
  • Perinaise sauce
  • Hot sauce of your choice

Recipe method

1. Place Peri Peri fries in the air-fryer for 12 minutes.

2. Chop up the halloumi and cook in the pan until golden on each side. Once cooked add your hot sauce and cut into smaller pieces.

3. Place spicy halloumi on top of the fries and cover with perinaise.

3. Top with spring onions, red chilli and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
