Crispy Potato Brunch Bowl

The perfect weekend brunch!

What you need

Ingredients

  • 1x Mash Direct Crispy Potato Slices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 punnet of mushrooms
  • 4 to 6 bacon rashers
  • 1 tin of beans
  • Spring onion
  • butter
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe method

1. Place Crispy Potato Slices in the air fryer or oven and follow instructions on pack.

2. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy.

3. Chip mushrooms and sautee with a little oil and butter and season to taste.

4. Place beans in pan and heat up.

5. Then, scramble eggs on pan until cooked.

6. Assemble everything in a bowl and top with chopped spring onions!
