During the final day of Taste of Dublin, Tracy and Clare decided to visit the Chef Demo Theatre to see local Celebrity Chef Rachel Allen from the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School, Cork. Tracy received a signed copy of Rachel’s new book Entertaining at Home for her husband, Martin.
